The 11th of October at Le Théâtre Emmen was far more than a fashion show — it was an unforgettable celebration of the future of Swiss tailoring. Next Swiss Made Heritage: When visions take over the runway
Set against an impressive backdrop of more than 1,200 guests, the atmosphere at Le Théâtre came vibrantly to life. The absolute highlight of the day was the runway show, where apprentices presented their own creations. Witnessing these young talents shape the fashion of tomorrow with courage and craftsmanship was deeply moving. Their collections made one thing unmistakably clear: at LU Couture, sustainable fashion is not a buzzword, but a true expression of human values. The sense of calm, elegance, and excellence behind the scenes was the clearest proof of this philosophy.
The art of haute couture in its purest form
The event celebrated craftsmanship one could truly feel. Each design was handmade, one of a kind, and embodied the very essence of the LU Couture brand: “effortless grace.” The aesthetic: garments that breathe, gently speaking through the emotion stitched into every line. A particular highlight were the interviews with LU Couture Managing Director Rufina Hümmer-Neisius and Lia, who, speaking to Tele 1, shared exclusive insights into the passion that drives LU Couture . In the relaxed gala atmosphere, guests also discovered the latest unique knitwear pieces made from the finest merino — handcrafted at the Willisau atelier.
