Talent Kick is a nationwide programme of excellence run by the Kick Foundation, which supports budding entrepreneurs who are thinking about taking their first steps into the world of start-ups whilst they are still studying Master‘s and PhD courses at leading Swiss universities. It brings together the brightest talents from a variety of subject areas and institutions to create strong, interdisciplinary teams of co-founders, as responsible leaders and companies know that this is a crucial factor in success. 

Coaching for sustainable and successful start-ups

The programme uses personalised coaching, mentoring and structured support based on milestones to help the students gain practical experience of entrepreneurship and lay solid foundations so they can set out on an entrepreneurial pathway with confidence once they graduate. 

Empowering the responsible leaders of tomorrow

The aim of the initiative is to attract leading talent from around the world to Switzerland by combining outstanding environments for education and research with practical entrepreneurial experience and training. It is helping to turn world-class research into practical applications and preparing the next generation of responsible leaders and entrepreneurs to make a sustainable social and economic impact.
