Scholarship as an award and an incentive

The Hirschmann Foundation has set up a Hirschmann scholarship programme for University students.

The scholarship programme is intended for students who have completed their Bachelor's degree and are about to begin their Master's studies at a Swiss University of Applied Sciences based on their outstanding academic achievements. They are distinguished by a compelling commitment to achieve in their academic discipline and are willing to take on responsibility beyond their mandatory academic commitments, both at the university and in the community.

An additional prerequisite for the award of a scholarship is a recommendation from two professors at Swiss universities.

A total of around 25 - 30 scholarships are awarded each year.

Application for a Hirschmann Scholarship

You can submit your application online to the Hirschmann Scholarship Office c/o Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. You will find all the required information on the Hirschmann Scholarship programme on the project website.
